The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day aircraft maintenance activities to ensure airworthiness, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness of the fleet.

This role provides direct leadership to Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs) and support staff, coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
