You will work closely with analysts, planners, and technology partners to transform how schedules are built, evaluated, and optimized.

• This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems, working cross functionally, and influencing decisions that materially improve cost, reliability, and crew experience.

• Support the development and validation of predictive models (breakage risk, crew behavior forecasting, dynamic buffers, crew basing, cost modeling) by supplying data, running test cases, and verifying outputs

• Conduct quality control checks on scenario results, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, operational standards, and company policies

• Partner with strategy and technology teams to enhance technology and tools

• Prepare internal reports, presentations, and insights to communicate projected scenario outcomes, cost impacts, and operational benefits to leadership
