This role will be responsible for:
• Supporting the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of pricing tools, automation, reports, and workflows used by Revenue Management. • Performing data analysis to provide visibility into pricing actions and identify opportunities to improve business performance. • Assisting in the design and implementation of AI-supported workflows and reporting solutions. • Supporting pricing analysts across the four RM Pricing entities through data gathering, reporting, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. • Conducting validation and quality assurance testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of systems, reports, and analytical outputs. • Documenting business requirements, technical specifications, and operational processes. • Identifying process improvement opportunities and escalating recommendations to senior team members. • Developing foundational knowledge of airline pricing, revenue management, and analytical methodologies.
