As a Airport Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for supporting airport operations and passenger services, including: assist passengers with check-in and boarding processes. respond to customer inquiries via phone & email. handle baggage and coordinate with baggage services. monitor flight schedules and provide updates. assist with security and safety protocols. coordinate with team to ensure smooth operations. proactively identify and address passenger needs. learn airport policies and procedures. work closely with finance to provide billing and documentation. ability to multitask and meet deadlines. provide prompt customer feedback and issue resolution. submit timely activity reports. strong computer skills necessary; familiarity with MS Windows. dynamic project management and collaboration skills. be constantly mindful of schedules and committed to delivering all tasks on time.
