Requirements

Granite Air Center is looking for an FAA-certified A&P Mechanic to join our team! This is a rare opportunity to work in a small, professional, and laid-back GA maintenance shop where doing the job safely, correctly, and efficiently matters.

We are a Beechcraft and Cessna Authorized Service Facility, working primarily on general aviation piston aircraft. Our maintenance team is small, so you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of aircraft and become an important part of the operation.

Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications, with a comprehensive benefits package including: • Predictable Monday–Friday schedule, primarily 8:00 AM–4:30 PM • 4/10 schedule may be available • Limited required overtime and call-ins • Health insurance • Company-paid dental & vision insurance • Company-paid short & long-term disability insurance • Company-paid life insurance • 401(k) with company match • Profit sharing • Annual safety bonus • Paid holidays • 2 weeks paid vacation to start • Tuition reimbursement up to $2,000/year

The position may occasionally require weekend, evening, holiday, or travel work based on operational needs. Applicants must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening in accordance with applicable FAA requirements.
