FT/PT RelocationNo TravelPossible M1 is looking for an Aircraft Worker Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

•The Aircraft Worker makes repairs to aircraft following orders of higher grade worker, assists in troubleshootingmalfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic,engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems, removes, cleans, reinstalls, or replacesdefective parts, accessories, and components such as worn gaskets, couplings, and fittings, bad actuators, accumulators, gauges, sections of corroded fuel and oil lines. •This worker may supervise the jacking and towing of aircraft, makes adjustments and settings such as cable tension and seat movement settings and adjustments; obtains standard parts such as fuel and oil lineconnections and fittings, cable linkage, and spark plug cables and harnesses by referring to parts manualsand by making comparisons with samples, may perform pre-flight, thru- flight, and post-flight maintenanceinspections, enter in the maintenance records description of the work performed, and services engines andaircraft components at line station making repairs, short of overhaul required to keep aircraft in safeoperating condition. Qualifications and Experience:

•High School diploma or GED is mandatory. •Thorough understanding of DOD aircraft maintenance processes preferred. •Must have a working knowledge of computers (input/extract data). •Must speak, read, write, and understand English. •Obtain/maintain security clearance, DOD CAC privileges, and Special Access Badge requirements. •Must be able to work days, nights, and weekends as required. •Current valid U.S. Driver’s License. •Ability to travel •Must be willing and able to deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous andprofessional manner. •Must be able to meet any Government/Company licensing/qualification requirements for the position. •Must be able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift as required to support maintenance/flight schedule. •Must be able to work flexible schedule as required. •Able to travel in support of detachment operations as required. •Must be able to climb ladders, raised platforms, and aircraft. •Must be able to use hand and power tools. •Must have dexterity to handle small parts. Working Conditions:

•Environment ranges from office to hangar and flight line and requires extensive climbing, standing,stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands.M1 Support Services, headquartered in Westlake Texas, provides a variety of professional, technical, and maintenance services to the Department of Defense and government agencies.
