Job Summary Location: Ardmore, Oklahoma Position: Upholstery Technician (Leather Artisan) Estimated Pay: Up to $1200.00 weekly take home Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday - Friday Aircraft: B737, A320 or Similar SUMMARY Under close supervision, make repairs to aircraft VIP seats and subassemblies and/or to Monuments: Lavatories, Galleys and other interior components according to specifications and blueprints. JOB FUNCTIONS: • Repair aircraft seating, including passenger and crew seats.
• Repair interior monuments (galleys, lavatories and class dividers), overhead bins and side walls.
• Disassemble components, determine malfunctions & make repairs.
• Read inspection reports & rework instructions.
• Read blueprints to determine type of repair, tools required, and to plan sequence of operations.
• Read Schematics.
• Reassemble components to meet company, customer and FAA standards.
• Accurately read and follow schematics / blueprints and work orders.
• Use bonding materials, fillers and compounds to make repairs.
• Read and understand blueprints, CMM & IPCs.
