Reliance Aerotech Services is seeking A&P mechanics, structures technicians, avionics and inspectors to support an aircraft Part 145 operation in Central Alabama. The aircraft maintenance technicians will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, as well as various inspections on Canadair Regional Jet aircraft. This is long term work conducting C checks. Job Description: • Maintain or repair of aircraft engines and components according to all specifications.
• Perform inspections and document maintenance procedures
• Practice safety conscious behaviors in all operational process and procedures.
• Performance of daily scheduled and non-scheduled inspections, maintenance, repair and alterations of aircraft.
• Troubleshoot defective aircraft systems and components in an effective manner.
• Positioning/Towing aircraft in support of maintenance operations.
• Perform refueling and de-fueling operations when necessary.
• Comply with current regulations of the FAA.
• Be responsible for the strict adherence to the aircraft maintenance programs.
• Comply with safe work practices, environmental compliance and good housekeeping.
