We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Aircraft Parts Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This office based role combines aircraft parts sourcing, sales support, and logistics coordination to ensure fast and efficient order fulfillment.
Previous aviation experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and enjoys solving problems in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Source aircraft parts through company databases and supplier networks • Prepare quotations and support the sales process • Coordinate domestic and international shipments • Communicate with customers, vendors, and logistics providers • Track orders and ensure timely delivery • Resolve sourcing and logistics challenges quickly and efficiently
Requirements
• Fluent English, both written and spoken • Legal authorization to work in the United States on a long term basis • Proactive, responsible, detail oriented, and results driven • Flexible, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast paced environment • Strong problem solving and decision making skills • Previous experience in logistics, sales support, operations, or supply chain is a plus, but not required
