• Complete aircraft masking prior to paint application.
• Sand primer as required.
• Blow down and clean aircraft surfaces using approved materials.
• Clean and maintain paint booth areas.
• Mix aircraft paint according to required specifications.
• Apply aircraft topcoats, including three-coat applications as required.
• Layout aircraft stripe schemes.
• Mask aircraft for trim colors and paint schemes.
• Prep and scuff painted surfaces for trim paint.
• Re-mask and detail aircraft as required.
• Inspect completed paint and stripping/sanding work.
• Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Follow applicable FAA regulations, company AMM/SRM requirements, and safety procedures.
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
• Perform other paint-related duties assigned by the Lead, Manager, or Supervisor.
