AOG Resources is seeking Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technicians with 5+ years of MRO experience to perform turbine engine troubleshooting, heavy airframe inspections, and system repairs across jet, turboprop, and piston fleets in Gallatin, TN.

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P) with 5+ years of experience across jet, turboprop, and piston aircraft to join our MRO team in Gallatin, TN. In this role, you will perform intermediate and heavy maintenance inspections, turbine engine troubleshooting, structural repairs, and system overhauls across a diverse corporate fleet. You will maintain strict FAA Part 145 regulatory compliance and safety standards to keep aircraft operating reliably for private charter and corporate aircraft owners.

Core Responsibilities • Aircraft & Engine Servicing: Perform intermediate to heavy maintenance, component changes, and structural repairs on airframe, powerplant, and propeller systems across diverse jet, turboprop, and piston platforms.

• Troubleshooting & Inspections: Execute turbine engine troubleshooting, routine C/D-level inspections, systems operational checks, and engine run-ups per manufacturer specifications.

• Modifications & Service Bulletins: Install service bulletins and modification kits on engines and airframes; utilize precision measuring tools (tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges) for accurate assembly.

• FAA Documentation: Accurately sign off on task cards, deferred maintenance, and technical logbook entries per FAA regulations. Calculate labor, parts, and purchase orders for client invoicing.

• Tooling & Hangar Operations: Safely operate all shop power tools and specialized equipment, maintaining tool calibration and cleanroom/hangar safety standards.

• Team Collaboration: Share technical knowledge across aircraft types and mentor junior mechanics or apprentices on maintenance best practices.

Compensation & Pay Premiums • Base Pay: $30.00 – $55.00 / hour (based on experience).

• Overtime: Paid for all hours worked over 40 per week.

• Second Shift Differential: +$6.00 / hour shift premium.

• AOG Travel Differential: +$2.00 / hour travel premium on AOG assignments.
