Stinson Aviation MX is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing aviation maintenance operation. This is a supervisory role for someone who knows how to manage technicians, control workflow, maintain high standards, and keep aircraft maintenance projects moving efficiently and compliantly. This is not a desk-only position. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, make sound decisions, and bring real operational value to the team. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise daily maintenance operations and technician workflow.

- Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance events.

- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer maintenance data, and company procedures.

- Oversee quality control, safety, and maintenance documentation.

- Assist with inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and return-to-service activities as needed.

- Monitor job progress, labor efficiency, parts coordination, and overall shop productivity.

- Communicate effectively with technicians, leadership, vendors, and customers.

- Help enforce accountability, organization, and high-performance standards throughout the maintenance operation.
