Job Description:
Plans, develops, and executes transportation operations training. Creates content, facilitates in-person and virtual training for operations specific job skills. Provides administrative or technical support to ensure effective on-going operations. Applies knowledge of established processes and procedures to execute with excellence. Requires advanced skills and expertise in a variety of work processes or activities. Anticipates patterns and links; looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications. Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems.
