What You'll Do: As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P), you will: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on turbine aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations Ensure full compliance with Part 91 and Part 135 maintenance requirements Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and avionics discrepancies Maintain accurate maintenance records, logbook entries, and regulatory documentation Coordinate with flight operations, scheduling, and external vendors to ensure aircraft availability Support AOG troubleshooting and recovery efforts when required Assist with inspections, preventative maintenance, and aircraft readiness Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance This position is Mid-Atlantic based, with preference given to candidates local to KESN or KHGR or those willing to relocate.
What You Bring: We are seeking a skilled, dependable technician who takes pride in quality work and thrives in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Required Qualifications: FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate Minimum 3–5 years of turbine aircraft maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins Strong documentation and logbook entry accuracy Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks
Preferred Experience: Experience with HondaJet (HA-420), Hawker 900XP, or Global XRS Familiarity with inspection programs and CAMP maintenance tracking Experience coordinating with vendors and repair stations
