JOB TITLE: A&P Quality Inspector LOCATION: Mesa, AZ PAY RATE: $45.00/hour We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client. Qualifying Questions: Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
Summary: Perform in-process and final assembly inspections per QMS requirements. Accurately document inspection results and input data. Communicate acceptance criteria and results to engineering, management, and production teams. Generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in Oracle ERP. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements : High school diploma or GED required. A&P License required. 3 5 years of quality inspection experience in aerospace/manufacturing. Knowledge of AS9100 and FAA/aviation industry requirements. Strong background in aircraft mechanical and pneumatic systems, integration, and inspection techniques. Proficient with precision measurement tools , Microsoft Office, CATIA V5 (or similar), and interpreting 2D/3D drawings. Excellent attention to detail, technical writing, and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and meet required vision standards. Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
