A&P MECHANIC - LUBBOCK - TX (LBB)
OWN THE NIGHT
At 9:00 PM, the aircraft arrive. By 7:30 AM, they need to be ready to fly again.
And between those two moments stands an A&P Mechanic whose judgment, skill, and attention to detail help keep an entire operation moving.
This is not maintenance performed somewhere in the background.
This is ownership.
We’re looking for an experienced A&P Mechanic in Lubbock, Texas (LBB) to support a dedicated overnight maintenance operation. Two Beechcraft 1900C aircraft are stationed in Lubbock for overnight maintenance, making this an opportunity for a mechanic who is comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for the aircraft from nose to tail.
> $72,800/yr doe + Excellent Benefits > Medical • Dental • Vision > Company-Paid Life Insurance > 401(k) with Company Match > Vacation & Sick Pay > Advance into Lead and Supervisor roles > A strong commitment to work-life balance
> Night Shift • Monday–Friday > A&P Certificate Required > 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience > King Air / Beechcraft 1900 experience = plus
And here is something we believe deserves to be said more often: Working nose-to-tail matters.
It gives a mechanic the opportunity to understand the entire aircraft—not simply one task, one system, or one corner of the maintenance operation. That breadth of experience builds exceptionally capable aviation professionals.
The work includes inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing airframe and powerplant components and systems; performing maintenance in accordance with company procedures, manufacturer recommendations and FAA regulations; properly documenting completed work; maintaining a clean and safe work environment; and occasionally traveling for training, field repairs or temporary base support.
