Pegasus Elite Aviation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic to join our growing maintenance team. As a leading Part 135 charter operator, Pegasus Elite Aviation operates a diverse fleet of large-cabin business aircraft supporting domestic and international operations for discerning clientele worldwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repair activities while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, manufacturer requirements, and industry best practices.
Primary Responsibilities
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on company aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications. • Conduct aircraft inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications. • Ensure aircraft are maintained in an airworthy condition at all times. • Accurately complete maintenance records, logbook entries, and regulatory documentation. • Coordinate with Maintenance Control, vendors, OEMs, and flight crews to support operational readiness. • Perform aircraft servicing, fueling oversight, and ground handling activities when required. • Support domestic and international Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) events. • Assist in managing aircraft maintenance schedules and tracking programs. • Maintain compliance with FAA Part 135 requirements, company General Maintenance Manuals, and Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives. • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance safety, efficiency, and reliability. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required. • Minimum 5 years of corporate aviation maintenance experience. • Strong working knowledge of FAA Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. • Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical publications. • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport security credentials. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying environmental conditions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience on large-cabin business aircraft, including: o Gulfstream G650/G650ER o Gulfstream V / GV / G550 o Gulfstream IV / GIV o Bombardier Global Express Series • Gulfstream and Bombardier factory maintenance training. • Experience with: o CMP/CAMP Maintenance Tracking o FAA Continuous Airworthiness Programs o International maintenance coordination • Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred but not required. • Previous Part 135 maintenance experience strongly preferred.
