Job Title: A&P Mechanic – Line Maintenance Job Description This role focuses on performing line maintenance on Boeing and Airbus aircraft at a busy airport environment, providing maintenance support for multiple cargo and passenger operations. You will troubleshoot, inspect, and complete both routine and non‑routine maintenance on customer aircraft in strict accordance with applicable technical data, customer maintenance program requirements, and FAA standards of quality. Once all required maintenance actions are completed, you will return aircraft to service using logbooks or customer‑authorized documentation. Responsibilities • Perform line maintenance on Boeing and Airbus aircraft in accordance with approved technical data and customer maintenance program requirements. • Conduct troubleshooting to identify mechanical and avionics issues on customer aircraft and determine appropriate corrective actions. • Carry out detailed inspections, including routine and non‑routine checks, to ensure aircraft airworthiness and compliance with regulatory standards. • Execute maintenance tasks within estimated or budgeted labor hours while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. • Complete all required maintenance actions and accurately document work performed in logbooks or customer‑authorized documentation. • Return aircraft to service only after verifying that all maintenance requirements have been satisfied and documentation is complete. • Adhere to FAA regulations, company policies, and customer standards during all maintenance and documentation activities. • Support line operations by responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring minimal disruption to flight schedules. • Work collaboratively with other maintenance personnel and operations staff to coordinate aircraft availability and maintenance priorities.

Essential Skills • Active Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license. • Licensed A&P mechanic with a minimum of 18 months of aircraft maintenance experience. • Hands‑on experience performing aircraft line maintenance. • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and basic avionics issues on transport category aircraft. • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and quality standards related to aircraft maintenance. • Proficiency in reading and applying technical data, maintenance manuals, and customer program requirements. • Capability to accurately complete maintenance records, logbooks, and customer‑authorized documentation. • Minimum 6 months working on large aircraft • Embraer 170, 175, and 190 aircraft. • CRJ 700 and 900 aircraft. • Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767, 777, and 787 aircraft. • Airbus A319, A320, A321, A330, A340, A350, and A380 aircraft. • military aircraft such as P‑8, C‑40, E‑7, KC‑46, E‑4B, and C‑22.

Additional Skills & Qualifications • Line maintenance experience is preferred. • Avionics experience is a plus. • 767 experience or GENFAM training is a bonus. • 747 experience or GENFAM training is a bonus.

You can expect shift‑based work aligned with flight schedules, exposure to varying weather conditions, and regular use of standard aircraft maintenance tools, equipment, and technical documentation. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Florence, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $90000.00/yr.
