Air-Cert, LLC. is seeking a full-time A&P Component Technician to join our FAA Part 145 Repair Shop team and work alongside a highly experienced team of technicians in a hands-on environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who take pride in producing high-quality work, enjoy technical work and have a strong eye for detail. In this role you will work with aircraft components throughout the repair process performing a variety of tasks including disassembly, cleaning, detailed inspection, painting, assembly and testing.
The role is based indoors in a climate-controlled workspace and the work schedule will be Monday - Friday, 7AM to 4PM. Compensation: • The salary range for the A&P Component Technician position is $25.00-$36.00/hour based on experience and qualifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Diagnose mechanical or hydraulic malfunctions in aircraft accessories and hydraulic components using technical manuals, schematics, and testing equipment.
• Perform repairs on malfunctioning components in accordance with approved procedures and manufacturer specifications.
• Assemble hydraulic components using precision measuring tools and calibrated equipment.
• Perform testing of aircraft components using gauges, meters, hydraulic test stands and other diagnostic instruments.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repair work in order to maintain compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and FAA regulatory requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None Additional Responsibilities: • May perform special projects and other duties as assigned or requested.
