About Skyward Aviation Skyward Aviation is a growing Part 135 charter and aircraft management company headquartered at Washington County Airport (AFJ) , with an expanding fleet that includes Learjets, a Challenger 604, and a PC-24. We are in the process of building a Part 145 Repair Station and expanding maintenance capabilities to support both our internal fleet and outside customers. Our AFJ maintenance base is known for its collaborative, high-performance environment where safety, compliance, and teamwork are the foundation of every operation. Position Overview The A&P Aircraft Technician will demonstrate leadership and professionalism at all times. As a part of our team, you would primarily be responsible for maintenance and repair of airframe components, power-plants, and associated components on Learjet aircraft in accordance with the manufacturer’s manuals, including service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and Federal Aviation Regulations as they pertain to FAA Part 135 operations. Instrumental to success in this role will be a positive attitude and unrelenting proactivity.
