Position Summary Davcor Aviation Services is seeking four experienced A&P Aircraft Technicians to support aircraft maintenance operations in Maine , working on CRJ-200, Challenger, and Saab aircraft . This position is responsible for performing aircraft servicing, flight control rigging, component removal and installation, troubleshooting, and general aircraft maintenance in accordance with applicable technical documentation and approved procedures. The A&P Aircraft Technician will also support cabin interior removal and reinstallation and other aircraft maintenance requirements as operational needs dictate. The successful candidate will be capable of working independently with little to no supervision while demonstrating strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, safety, compliance, and workmanship. Principal Accountabilities • Perform aircraft maintenance and servicing on CRJ-200, Challenger, and Saab aircraft

• Perform flight control rigging in accordance with applicable technical documentation and approved procedures

• Remove, install, and replace aircraft components and associated hardware

• Troubleshoot aircraft systems and components and perform corrective maintenance as required

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled general aircraft maintenance

• Read, understand, interpret, and work from Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMMs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), maintenance procedures, and engineering documentation

• Perform aircraft maintenance in accordance with applicable technical documentation, regulatory requirements, and company procedures

• Support cabin interior removal and reinstallation as required by aircraft maintenance operations

• Inspect completed maintenance work to ensure applicable quality, safety, customer, and regulatory requirements are met

• Maintain strong attention to detail throughout all aircraft maintenance activities

• Work independently with little to no supervision while maintaining quality and safety standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company, customer, FAA, OSHA, and applicable safety policies and procedures

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Davcor Aviation Services

• Demonstrate pride, professionalism, integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic

• Support extended hours and changing operational requirements as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Skills • Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices and procedures

• Demonstrated experience with aircraft servicing, flight control rigging, component removal and installation, troubleshooting, and general aircraft maintenance

• Ability to read, understand, and work from AMMs, ADs, SBs, maintenance procedures, and engineering documentation

• Familiarity with cabin interior removal and reinstallation

• Ability to accurately troubleshoot aircraft systems and perform corrective maintenance

• Ability to safely remove, install, and service aircraft components

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision

• Strong understanding of aviation safety and regulatory compliance requirements

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude

Minimum Qualifications • Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate, where applicable

• 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience

• Previous experience working on CRJ-200, Challenger, and/or Saab aircraft preferred

• Demonstrated experience performing aircraft servicing, flight control rigging, component removal and installation, and general aircraft maintenance

• Experience troubleshooting aircraft systems and components

• Experience working from aircraft technical manuals, maintenance procedures, engineering documentation, and other approved maintenance documentation

• Familiarity with cabin interior removal and reinstallation

• Ability to perform assigned work independently with little to no supervision

• Ability to safely work in confined spaces

• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more as required

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

• Must be willing and able to work extended and long hours when required by operational needs

• Must be flexible and willing to work any shift and any day of the week , including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements • Requires standing and working for extended periods

• Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and working in various physical positions

• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more as required

• Ability to safely enter and perform work in confined spaces

• Requires eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and the safe use of aircraft maintenance tools and equipment

• Exposure to hangars, flight lines, maintenance facilities, and aircraft maintenance environments

• Exposure to aircraft noise and varying environmental conditions

• Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment and safety gear

• Ability to perform physically demanding aircraft maintenance tasks for extended periods

• Must be able to safely perform assigned duties during extended shifts and changing operational schedules
