We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client. Perform flight test installations and aircraft functional testing. Assist in troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems to isolate mechanical and/or electrical/electronic faults and support repair of faulty components. Assist with pre-flight and post-flight checks and perform maintenance and modification actions. Resolve identified issues during operation and testing of deliverable products.
Verify accuracy of work performed and conduct self-inspections as required. Assist in performing system and subsystem pre-delivery inspections and aircraft maintenance in preparation for delivery. Participate in determining assignment details to accomplish a wide range of objectives. Plan, schedule, and coordinate assigned activities with guidance from team leads; work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives. Demonstrate professional workplace behaviors and adherence to organizational standards.
