Cabin crew first, everybody else second. Airline and corporate both, even though the two jobs barely resemble each other past the safety card. Pilots, you are welcome. Read twice as much as you post and it will go great.

Corporate question for the airline side. How do you keep the safety brief from going stale after the ten thousandth time? I do maybe six a week to the same four people and I can hear myself going flat.

Had to do an emergency descent brief for real in March. Nothing dramatic, pressurisation issue, masks came down, everybody fine. What I noticed afterwards was that my hands did the whole thing while my brain was still catching up. Recurrent training is not a box to tick. It is the thing that flies you when you are not available.

Charter captain here, no cabin crew on most of my trips, so I do the brief and the coffee and the bags. Reading this group has made me noticeably better at the brief. That is all, just wanted to say it.
